Soft White Dinner Rolls

since i was making a roast and potatoes today (the, uh, weather was far too treacherous for me to drive to work today), i thought some nice, soft dinner rolls would go splendid with them. the recipe was from reinhart's BBA--his basic white bread variation #1. the recipe makes two loaves or 18 dinner rolls, so i cut the recipe in half so i'd only make what i needed for tonight. it made 10 large-size dinner rolls. after i formed the 10 rolls, i cut them in half, then sealed them back together on the bottom and sides to make a natural seam. these came out big, fluffy, soft, and tasty. definitely worth doing again.
