CYA: Boom-Boom & Linda Get In A Jam

linda pulled the delorean out into the street.

"make the the freeway. it's the only place we can get this baby up to 88 mph," boom-boom instructed her.

"that's where i'm headed--shit."

as linda turned the corner, they saw that traffic was snarled up, bumper-to-bumper.

"did you bring your siren with you?" linda asked hopefully.

boom-boom shook her head. "it wouldn't help. there's no place for them to go to get out of our way."

they sat there, fuming.

"at this rate, we'll never make 88 inches per hour!"

an hour later...

"at this rate, we'll never make 88 centimeters per hour!"

an hour later...

"at this rate, we'll never make 88 millimeters per hour!"

an hour later, the delorean started sputtering.

"oh, shit!"

"what?!"

the delorean's motor died.

"we're out of gas."

"i'm done with this. let's get drunk."

"works for me."
