Blueberry & Peach Schnapps Pound Cake
this recipe actually calls for raspberries and kirsch, but i didn't like how the raspberries looked at the store so i got blueberries, instead. and, i don't have any kirsch, so i used peach schnapps as peach & blueberries are a nice match. it's really good; better than the raspberry version (i've made that before). it's moist; not very sweet; and lighter than 2½ sticks of butter & 5 eggs might suggest. worth doing again, even though i'm a pie person ;)
