blueberries were on sale at 3 pints for $5. i couldn't pass that up! so i bought 'em, then looked for a recipe and found this one in The New Best Recipe. i love this kind of dessert. quick & fruity and--bonus!--there's a little bit of cornmeal in the topping, which i love. this is really, really good cobbler!
by the way, the pioneer woman also recommends white plates for food photography, but she broke her own rule today with her cobbler posting (rhubarb, and it looks great!).
