Bacon Mushroom Tacos

another recipe from the world's cheapest cookbook, the internet! and, again, it's mushrooms! this time, the mushrooms are paired with smoky bacon, sweet onion, and flavor-absorbing potatoes, roasted in a hot oven until done, then spooned into a tortilla and topped with delicious guacamole. so easy, and so good! and sure to please a bacon 'ho or a potato 'ho (should you happen to know any...). thank you, spiteful chef, for this one!
