i got this from the Baking Bites blog. she calls it Dutch Crunch Bread, but she says it's also called Tiger Bread. i say if you can call something Tiger Bread, why call it anything else?! tiger bread! her photo, of course, is prettier than mine, and her dutch crumb topping came out looking more spectacular, but i am very, very pleased with this bread. i made sandwich rolls with it, and used it for a roast beef & cheddar sandwich. i will most definitely make this again, perhaps for hamburgers.
