Cinnamon Raisin Bread w/ Cinnamon Swirl


okay, i've made this bread before. but this time i added the swirl of cinnamon and the cinnamon-sugar topping, as maddog would recommend. alas, the swirl is rather loose, but tasty nonetheless. i'm not sure how you keep the swirl tight. as you roll the dough into a loaf shape, you're supposed to seal it as you go, but it's hard to seal against all that cinnamon & sugar. oh well, it's still good :)

sorry 'bout that. i haven't felt good all weekend, so i haven't been very inspired. maybe i'll throw something together later today.
