Dijon-Braised Brussels Sprouts

i forgot to take a picture.  but go here and look how fabulous they look at smitten kitchen.  mine looked just liked deb's, and her photos are much better than mine, so it's better that i didn't take a pic.  these are BY FAR the best brussels sprouts i've ever eaten.  i feel sorry for people who think they don't like brussels sprouts, or won't try them.  a scene stealer, for sure!
